Bavin Glassworks was established in 1988 by Pat Bavin. The studio was set up in a garage in downtown Windermere, B.C., where creations in glass were sold right out of the front door!
In 2005 the Bavin Glass Cabin opened at Panorama Mountain Village, offering a refined selection of fine blown glass pieces and beaded creations. The store also specializes in regional art in the mediums of glass, clay and metal, and represents 25 different artists.
A popular activity is bead or jewellery making at the cabin. Classes are available for all levels of experience.
The Bavin Glass Cabin is located in Panorama's Upper Village, right beside the Red Carpet lift (250.341.6853).
