Greys Restaurant offers fine dining along with specialty nights, a la carte and an après ski menu. They are open 4:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday with an après ski menu and host a 3 course fondue evening on Monday nights, fine dining 5 course set menus on Friday and Saturday and a full a la carte menu on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Their format changes during summer and winter seasons and is described under the different tabs on there website www.earlgreylodge.com  The open plan kitchen design allows guests to visit the bar area for pre-dinner cocktails while viewing the preparation of their food.

Your evening is best described as a dining experience. Greys Restaurant is fully licensed and has a comprehensive wine list. The restaurant welcomes diners with allergies and special dietary requirements; talk to the chef about your needs.

Greys Restaurant is also able to adapt to your specific needs. It's the ideal place for a quiet intimate meal or to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and weddings. Exclusivity can be given for special events or corporate functions.
